Capacity Building Coordinator

The Capacity Building Coordinator provides project and administrative support to capacity building initiatives and leadership personnel. This role is responsible for the creation and execution of administration, finance, and project management processes. The coordinator manages all continuing education certification processes and facilitates communication internally and externally to support the overall work of Capacity Building.

Director, Executive Office

The Director, Executive Office (Hybrid/On-Site), is a vital member of the Senior Management Team, responsible for leading effective and efficient operations and administrative functions for the Executive Office. Partnering closely with the Co-CEOs and staff across the organization, the Director, will provide holistic support for the Executive Office and ensure successful implementation and completion of Executive-level initiatives and day-to-day activities, in alignment with Essential Access Health’s (Essential Access) core values and mission.

Foundation + Grants Specialist

The Foundation + Grants Specialist is responsible for executing efforts to secure six and seven-figure gifts from regional and national funders. The Foundations + Grants Specialist will collaborate with the Vice President of Fund Development and Co-CEOs in developing and writing large-scale proposals to private foundations and government entities, implementing and supporting all aspects of grant writing and reporting.

This position can be based in either of our Los Angeles or Berkeley offices with a hybrid work schedule. The salary for this position is $80k.

Vice President of Fund Development

The Vice President of Fund Development is a thought partner with the Co-CEOs and responsible for the strategic leadership, design, and implementation of a comprehensive and multi-channel fundraising strategy. This individual will manage prospect pipelines, spark new fundraising initiatives and partnerships, and develop an efficient fundraising infrastructure for the organization.

This position reports directly to the Co-CEO and is based in the organization’s Berkeley office with a hybrid work schedule. The salary for this position is 180k.
