Presenters:
Mary Aline, FAE, Founder, Cycle Wisdom
Anna Churchill, FAE, Association of Fertility Awareness Professionals

Description:
With numerous Fertility Awareness-Based Methods (FABMs) available, it can be challenging in a clinical setting to identify and support patients in selecting a method that aligns with their health needs and desires. In this webinar, we will explore specific techniques for how to best counsel patients with an interest in using a FABM for contraception, and we will briefly touch on how they can aid in conception.

Using case studies and supplemental resources, you’ll gain actionable insights to help patients succeed with their chosen method. Familiarity with FABMs is recommended; consider watching the on-demand ‘Fertility Awareness-Based Methods (FABM) / Natural Family Planning’ webinar on the Essential Access learning platform beforehand.

Who should attend?

  • Nurses
  • Family Planning Counselors
  • Medical Assistants
  • Health Educators + Health Education Specialists

  • Facilitate informed decisions about FABMs through targeted questions.
