Description:
Options Counseling & Safe Abortion Care for Street Medicine Teams is a dynamic, evidence-informed training designed to equip clinicians, students, and community health providers with the skills to support patients navigating pregnancy decisions. Grounded in trauma-informed, non-coercive communication practices, this course emphasizes cultural humility and patient-centered care, particularly for populations impacted by structural barriers—including migrants, unhoused individuals, BIPOC communities, and those with substance use or mental health conditions.
